Recently, Ms. Zoeyah Shaheen, a student at the Global Young Leaders Conference (GYLC) in Europe, gave a presentation to the members of the cabinet of Hyndburn, a local government district in Lancashire, England. Throughout 13 days at GYLC, Ms. Shaheen worked with other global scholars from around the world, discovering different cultures, witnessing how international businesses function and enhancing her leadership skills via presentations and workshops with leading ambassadors, diplomats, lobbyists and journalists.
