Tuition for the National Young Leaders Conference (NYLC) includes all housing, program materials, breakfasts and dinners and can be found on the Enrollment Application. Transportation to and from the conference location is not included. Scholars will need money only for lunches and incidentals (phone calls, snacks, etc.).
The Congressional Youth Leadership Council (CYLC) makes every effort to assist students with gathering funds for part or all of their tuition through fundraising and scholarships.

Don't forget to contact the Office of Admissions if you decide to fundraise all or part of your tuition to keep us updated on your progress or if you have any questions.

We regret to inform nominees that at this time the scholarship application deadline for the summer sessions has passed. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, and encourage scholars to leverage the tools offered through our fundraising guide for additional support.
If you have not yet received a formal invitation for fall 2010 sessions of NYLC: please check this page for updated information once you receive an invitation. Only nominees who have been formally invited to NYLC will be able to access the scholarship application.
