Scholarship Application

The Global Young Leaders Conference (GYLC) is always committed to ensuring the diversity of our program by awarding the highest number of scholarships possible to deserving students.  We regret to inform nominees that at this time the scholarship application deadline for the summer sessions has passed.  We regret any inconvenience this may cause, and encourage scholars to leverage the tools offered through our fundraising guide for additional support.

In the event that you are preliminarily granted an award, your notification letter will ask you to finalize the award through submitting a copy of the 2009 1040 Federal Income Tax Form from the individual who claimed you as a dependent.  The Federal Income Tax form serves as proof of financial need as indicated upon the applicant’s Scholarship Application. The Congressional Youth Leadership Council cannot grant any scholarship money without receiving sufficient proof of income.

Scholarship applicants should expect e-mail notification of the review results within two weeks of the scholarship deadline. If you have questions, please contact the Office of Admissions.
